Maybe

Have you ever stopped and wondered…
if the sky was as blue to you and it is to me?

if it’s also raining over there across the sea?

Have you ever really looked…
deep into your mothers eyes, and seen the love she gives to you every day?

at a leaf falling from a tree, uncertain of where to go?

Have you ever…
stopped to wish on a shooting star?

thrown a coin over your shoulder into a fountain, wishing something was would end up true?

If i was given the chance to redo everything i’ve ever done that I regret, i wouldn’t.

If i was given a penny, I’d lay it down on the ground heads up just to give somebody luck.

I believe, in order to find prince charming you have to kiss some toads.

I’ve never been in Love
one day i plan on it though.

But never will i ever say that i never tried.

As girls we get told what not to do and what to stay away from
we are brought up to be prop per, let the boy make the first move do I ever listen?
